Culturally-specific program or organization: A youth-serving program or organization that offers and/or tailors organization or program activities to specific cultural groups (i.e. ethnic or racial groups, LGBTQ groups, disability communities, etc.) Opportunity youth: Youth aged 16-24 who are not in school & may (or may not) be in alternative programming or employed. Often considered hard to reach. |
