Vocation Vibes and Youth Science Day

The Science Museum of Minnesota and the Kitty Andersen Youth Science Center invites you and especially the youth/young adults in Sprockets to Youth Science Day on Thursday July, 19th. Youth Science Day is day hosted by young people for young people. We would like for you to encourage your youth/young adults to attend. We would also love if you can help us spread the word to your networks.  This year's Youth Science Day will include different community youth organizations tabling the floor and performances plus a job fair, called Vocation Vibes, which will feature numerous employers such as 3M, Andersen Windows Co., Barr Engineering, and more. We will be offering FREE professional development workshops, such as resume building and interview skills plus FREE LinkedIn headshots for folks who attend. This is a great opportunity for youth/young adults to have the opportunity to explore different employers and fields as well as gaining help on their resume and interview skills. Dress is business casual.   Free Admission* + FREE parking for those who attend Vocation Vibes. Metro Transit will also be offering free rides on buses and light rail to the museum.
